What New Baseball Bat Should I Get~!~?~!~?~!~?

I'm a 5' 2" 8th grader looking for a little bit heavier bat than i already have. As of right now I have the 2007 louisville slugger catalyst, and I just can't seem to hit the ball with it anymore. The new bat I would like to get would probably have to have either a -5 or -8 drop. The bats I'm leaning towards getting now are either the 2009 easton titan, or the 2009 rawlings plasma gold. Give me your opinions on these two bats and then also any other suggestions you may have for bats with a -8 or -5 drop. By the way the highest i will go to get the bat is between $250---$300.

If you're an eighth grader, wait to buy a bat until next year. Bats in HS must be -3 (I'm almost positive on this). If you buy one for this season, you'll just have to buy a new one next year. Your bat may very well be 'dead', but save the money for next year and use someone elses now.
